Contact Us

Who to email for corrections, privacy requests and partnerships, what to include so we can act, and where a complaint about an operator actually goes.

CasinoCraic is an independent guide to online casinos, bonuses, games and payments. This page tells you which desk to write to. We read every message and reply to corrections first, and you should read how we review before sending a factual challenge.

How to reach us

Pick the mailbox below for the matter you need. Operators and affiliate programmes should read the partnership page before writing.

Reporting an error

Tell us what we got wrong and we will check it against the public register or the operator’s own published terms. If the page is incorrect, we correct it and change the check date.

  • The page URL or the page title.
  • The exact sentence or figure you believe is wrong.
  • The source that contradicts it, such as a register entry, a licence page or the operator’s terms.
  • Any extra detail that helps us find the claim.

What we cannot help with

CasinoCraic cannot recover a balance, reopen a closed account, chase a withdrawal or intervene in a complaint. Start with the operator’s own complaints procedure. If that does not resolve it, raise it with the licensing regulator named in the casino’s terms, usually the Malta Gaming Authority or the Gibraltar Gambling Division. For anything tied to an Irish betting licence, the GRAI is the correct body and you can search its register at grai.ie/register. Online casinos serving Irish players currently operate under overseas licences, so a casino complaint goes to the regulator named in its own terms.

We are not a regulator, an operator or a dispute service. No email to us replaces a formal complaint to the right body.
